purple cabbage

So having gotten back from a debate tournament at Harvard, somewhat disoriented with whats going on in the real world. i almost forgot that the 14th was valentines! i know, thats sad. well, then i come to school and realize theres a bunch of purple, green, and gold. wow, mardi gras! I totally did not realize that.
but anyways, the highlight of my day was learning that purple cabbage is a natural pH indicator used for titrations. how cool is that!!!

Courage (and i promise this relates to Jane Eyre)

Jane has the courage to proclaim injustices she believes she faces. For example, since she was a child, she rebelled against Mrs. Reed for always hating her. Thats just one example.
